Residential Permit Applications

Currently the State of Ohio does not permit Townships to issue permits or inspect plumbing work. The Board of Health is the jurisdiction that enforces plumbing requirements in Townships.

Residential projects requiring permits

Most Permits can be approved within 7 -10 Business Days. New Home Construction and plans requiring engineer’s review may take up to 30 days. Permits that may be issued upon submission of a completed application and no structural repairs or changes include:

windows & doors, roof tear off and replacement, Siding repair or replacement, lawn sprinklers
