Citizen Satisfaction Surveys

We implemented a “Citizen Satisfaction Survey” were Township residents and non-residents can contact the department and express their opinions when they come in contact with an officer. They can identify themselves or remain anonymous. We are seeking community feedback on their impressions of the officer’s promptness, appearance, professionalism, and overall quality of the service provided to them.

We can sit and tell you daily what a good job we feel we are doing, but the real judges should be the community we serve. I encourage anyone having contact with the Olmsted Township Police Department either positive or negative to contact me personally or Lieutenant Vanyo.
