Principles of The Olmsted Township Police Department

> To promote the professional and personal growth of each employee through fair and Flexible leadership.

> To create an environment in which employees can attain the highest degree of Creativity, productivity, and a sense of ownership.

> To maintain a spirit of cooperation within the department, between Township Officials, Township employees and other representative organizations.

> To be fair, honest, and display common sense and compassion in all actions.

I promise to always have an open door to the residents and non-residents of this community to address any concerns that may arise with the department. Additionally, I encourage any resident or non-resident of this community to assist the department in achieving the highest level of public trust through innovative thinking and ideas; and through the community oriented policing philosophy.
