Curfew
“No minors of the age specified below during the hours specified therein, shall loaf, loiter, wander, stroll, or play in or upon any public street, highway, alley, park or other public place; or ride aimlessly on or about any public street, highway, alley, park, or other public place in any vehicle in the Township, unless they are accompanied by a responsible adult of good repute, not less than eighteen years of age.”
Ages 13-15 (Sunday thru Thursday)....11:30 p.m.
(Friday, Saturday)..............12:00 a.m. (Midnight)
Ages 16 & 17 (Sunday thru Thursday).12:00 a.m. (Midnight)
(Friday, Saturday)........... 1:00 a.m.
Steps of Action to be taken:
1st Offense: Parents or guardians are called to pick up their child.
2nd Offense: Child's file is sent to Juvenile Court.
3rd Offense: Hearing at Juvenile Court.
