CHIEF OF POLICE
Charles McNeeley

Chief McNeeley has served in the Law Enforcement profession for nearly forty years. He retired from the Cleveland Police Department in 2002 at the rank of ‘Commander of Police’ after thirty-three years, the last fifteen in an executive capacity. He is a Cum Laude graduate of Tiffin University, degreed in Criminal Justice Administration, and a thrice published author: Urban Policing in the 21st Century 2004; Community Policing, building inclusive communities 2005; and Modern Police Management, 2007.

LIEUTENANT OF POLICE
John Minek

Lieutenant Minek is a twenty year veteran in the Law Enforcement profession. Prior to coming to Olmsted Township Police Department, he served with the Houston Texas Police Department, being decorated twice for heroism. He is a graduate of the Federal Bureau of Investigation National Police Academy.
