Beginning in January 2007, we implemented a “Citizen Satisfaction Survey” which we distribute to a random percentage of citizens we come in contact with. They can identify themselves or remain anonymous, but what is sought is community feedback on their impression of contacts with our Officers regarding promptness, appearance, professionalism, and overall quality of the service provided them.

We can sit and tell you daily what a good job we feel we are doing, but the real judges should be the community. I encourage anyone having contact with the Olmsted Township Police Department to request a survey card and to fill it out.
