SENIOR OUTREACH SERVICES S.O.S.
- Provides local transportation to doctors appointments free of charge to those who are home-bound or are experiencing a physical or sight restriction. Call 440-793-6118 at least 48 hours in advance.
- Should you find that independent living conditions have become a struggle we also offer many brochures of local help that may help you to continue to an independent lifestyle. Call the center for information 440-793-6118.
Senior Home Phone Check
If you are a senior citizen in Olmsted Township who is home alone and no one to check on your well being daily, we offer a daily phone call to your residence to see if all is well. If we do not get an answer, we send a policeman to your residence to check if you are okay. Please call our dispatcher for details to see if you qualify and information to get you started. 440-235-3950
