Olmsted Township is inviting bids for a Township wide 2021 ADA Curb Ramp Project within Olmsted Township. This project consists of the removal of approximately 59 curb ramps and replacement of said curb ramps to current ADA standards.
Bid Documents can be obtained from Stephen Hovancsek & Associates Inc. (216- 731-6255) located at 2 Merit Drive, Richmond Heights, OH 44143, during the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. All Contract Documents will be forwarded upon receipt of a nonrefundable deposit in the amount of $100.00 per set plus COST for postage in favor of the Stephen Hovancsek & Associates, Inc..
The bids will be opened publicly and read aloud at 12:30 p.m. on Tuesday, October 12, 2021 at Olmsted Township Administrative Office, 7900 Fitch Road, Olmsted Township, OH 44138. Bidders must submit one (1) original copy of its Bid in one (1) sealed envelope clearly marked “OLMSTED TOWNSHIP 2021 ADA CURB RAMP PROJECT.” Bids will be valid for 90 days after the Bid opening date.
Each Bid must contain all Bid Forms, if the Bid is accepted, a Contract will be entered into with the Township in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Form of Contract contained in the Bid Documents.
Bid Bonds will be returned when the Contract has been executed by the Successful Bidder, or when any Bid is, or all Bids are rejected. The Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids and waive any non‐conformities or irregularities contained therein.
This is a federally funded CDBG project, all requirements within the bid document apply.
