Pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 519.12, the Olmsted Township Board of Trustees will hold the following public hearing on Tuesday, March 16 at 6:30 pm to consider the following application for Zoning Amendment designated as:
An application designated as Olmsted Township Application Number 20OLMT-ZC008, filed by Builders and Developers Co. Inc., 27201 Royalton Road, Columbia Station, Ohio. This application proposes to rezone from the Rural Residential (R-R) District to the Planned Residential District (PRD Section 560.03, Olmsted Township Zoning Resolution) 72.55+/- acres owned by Joseph & Suzanne Hollo and located as follows: 7617 Lewis Road, Olmsted Township, Ohio 44138, Parcel Number 261-20-003. The applicant is seeking approval of the application in order to allow for 162 single-family residential lots; 69 will have 60’ lots and 93 will have 70’ lots.

The proposed changes with renderings are available for examination or copying, for a period of at least ten days prior to the hearing.
