NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Olmsted Township Board of Trustees will hold a public hearing on May 18, 2021 at 6:30p.m. by Zoom – ID 913 8013 1923, passcode: 962863, in order to consider the recommendation of approval from the Olmsted Township Zoning Commission of proposed text amendments to the Olmsted Township Zoning Resolution. These proposed text amendments are designated in the Olmsted Township Zoning Amendment Number Case Number 21OLMT-ZC004 and would, if adopted, revise numerous textual provisions of the Zoning Resolution as it relates to the following areas: Amending Section 130.08 Swimming Pools, Ponds, and Lakes, Section 140.07 Mobile Food Facilities, Section 210 Single-Family Residential; District Regulations, Section 320.09 Sign Exempt Regulation, Section 380 Riparian and Wetland Setbacks, and Section 560.03 Map Amendments Initiated by Property Owner(s), with all such proposed textual revisions being reflected in the Zoning Amendment Text having a cover page entitled “Olmsted Township Zoning Amendment Number 21OLMT-ZC`004” dated April 22, 2021. The text of these proposed amendments to the Zoning Resolution will be available for public examination from (May 4, 2021 through May 18, 2021, inclusive, during the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Olmsted Township Administrative Offices in accordance with COVID 19 restrictions and the Governors orders, located at 7900 Fitch Road, Olmsted Township, Ohio 44138.
