The Olmsted Township Board of Trustees will hold a public hearing to consider the following application for approval of a general development plan for property zoned in the Conservation Planned Residential Development District (CPRD). Olmsted Township Application Number 21OLMT-ZC003, filed by Garland New Homes, Inc., which is requesting approval of a general development plan subject to the Conservation Planned Residential Development District (CPRD) regulations (Section 260, Olmsted Township Zoning Resolution) in order to develop 82 single family detached homes on a 54.54 acre lot located at 27331 Schady Road, Olmsted Township, OH 44138, on the south side of Schady Road, west of Jennings Road, Parcel #265-12-001. The property is currently designated as R-40 on the Zoning Map. The property was rezoned pursuant to Ohio Revised Code 519.021(C) to the Conservation Planned Residential Development District (CPRD).
The Olmsted Township Board of Trustees will hold a public hearing to consider the following application designated as Olmsted Township Zoning Commission Application Number 21OLMT-ZC002, submitted by Valore Properties, for the purpose of approving a major modification of the existing PRD (Planned Residential Development) development plan at 26111 John Road, Parcels 263-13-001, 002, 003, 004; 262-05-001, 262-05-006, 262-12-001, 262-12-002; Cuyahoga County Fiscal Office other parcels associated with: 262-05-007, 262-13-010, 262-05-008 formerly known as Links Golf Course. The proposed modification reduces the open space from 20.62% to 20%. No other modifications are requested.
The proposed changes with renderings are available for examination or copying, for a period of at least ten days prior by appointment during the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Olmsted Township Administrative Offices, located at 7900 Fitch Road, Olmsted Township, Ohio 44138 and also available for review on the Township website.
