Pursuant to Ohio Revised Code section 519.12, the Olmsted Township Board of Trustees will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, June 6, 2023 at 6:00 P.M. at the Olmsted Township Community Room, 7900 Fitch Road and available by ZOOM Meeting ID: 862 7149 6567 Passcode: 261200 for the recommendation and approval from the Zoning Commission of application No. 23OLMT-ZBA003, submitted by Jim O’Connor of Pulte Homes of Ohio for the purpose of approving modifications of the previously approved PRD (Planned Residential Development) at 26376 John Road, formerly known as the Links Golf Course and titled Preserve and Sanctuary Subdivision.  The proposed changes are pertinent to the Sanctuary Phase 4 portion of the development.  Those proposed modifications include the modification of the alignment of Sunset Drive with the addition of an entry near the western limits of the project onto John Road. The number of lots in Phase 4 is not to be increased. The alignments of a portion of the 29 lots in Phase 4 would be modified.

The proposed changes with renderings are available for examination or copying, for a period of ten days prior to the hearing at the Olmsted Township Building Department, 7900 Fitch Road, Olmsted Township during the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.   The opportunity to be heard will be afforded anyone attending the hearing.
