Our facility is available to rent for any of your special events!
The Community Room in Olmsted Township offers a full kitchen and over 3,000 square feet which can accommodate up to 160 people for your next occasion; whether you’re hosting a birthday party, a baby shower, a business meeting or a wedding, The Community Room would be the perfect spot to accommodate your needs.
Effective January 1, 2022, the facility is available to Township residents for a rate of $60/hour, Olmsted Falls residents for $85/hour and non-residents for $100/hour. There is a 3-hour rental minimum.
Rental fee includes:
- Access to our 3,000 square foot ADA compliant event facility.
- Custom set-up of tables and chairs along with breakdown. There are 16 – 6′ round tables, 10 – 8′ rectangular tables, and 160 chairs available for use. Renters provide their own table coverings, centerpieces, food/beverages/catering, and ice.
- Kitchen equipped with a stainless-steel double refrigerator, freezer, warming/proofing oven, microwave and a 100-cup coffee maker.
- Use of Audio/Visual equipment, which includes a recessed motorized 170” projection screen, LCD Laser projector, podium with microphone, and an additional wireless microphone. Free public Wi-Fi. Just connect your laptop!
The Community Room is located at 7900 Fitch Road, Olmsted Township. An application and deposit must be received in order to secure an available date. Applications and payments can be mailed/dropped off to our Administrative Offices at 7900 Fitch Road or emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. (*Please note, due to turnaround time we typically do not book more than one event per day. Exceptions may be made if there is enough time scheduled between events. Please call for verification.)
